Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM) is well known for business management school in India. The IIPM was established in 1973 and today it has 18 branches in all over India. The main motto of the IIPM is “What we teach today, others adopt tomorrow”. The main campus of the Institute is located in at Capital of India, New Delhi. In New Delhi IIPM have the two campuses. The founder of the institute is Dr. M. K. Chaudhuri and Dean is Arindam Chaudhuri who also known as creative film director.

IIPM offers various under graduate and post graduate programme in management studies. It offers Entrepreneurship, National Economic Planning, BBA, MBA and Fellowship programmes. This all programmes have the approval of AICTE and UCG (University Grant Commission) Currently institution has branches in following cities: Gurgaon, Bhopal, Noida, Chennai, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Ahmadabad, Pune, Mumbai, Indore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur, Cochin and Dehradun.

IIPM also know for the facilities which are provided for the students. The campus of IIPM is fully equipped with Wi-Fi connections. Institute has very good library which is contains nearly about 10,000 books and also has electronic libraries; Institute has also agreement with other several American libraries thus student can also access to those libraries. The institute faculty posses high qualification and more than 20% faculty has a doctorate level education. IIPM also invites guest lecturer from some foreign Universities like National University of Singapore, Stanford University etc.

IIPM also provides good placement facility for the student under the Institute Campus. Institute says that more than 70% students are recruited by the Campus Interview and also get good salary packages of around Rs. 400,000 for domestic and $30,000 with International placements. In last five years more than 10,000 students of IIPM are placed into recognized companies.
