Karnataka Bank is in the Private Sector. Only Salary is same as Nationalised Banks,perks & other facilities are not encouraging. Negative points include low staff strength in Branches , so more load of work, frequent transfers across India (they have very few branches so the nearest branch esp outside Karnataka may mean even a neighbouring state). Avoid this Bank if you have an option
