Admissions to BBS, BFIA, B.A.(Hons.) Business Economics at University of Delhi

1) Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

2) Bachelor of Financial Investment and Analysis (BFIA)

3) B.A. (Honours) Business Economics (BBE)

The University of Delhi was established in 1922 as a unitary, teaching and residential university by an Act of the Central Legislative Assembly. The first convocation of Delhi University was also held in the Assembly Hall in Old Secretariat Building which now houses the Legislative Assembly of Delhi, on 26 March 1923 with 750 invitees. 

Admission Requirements

Candidates are required to deposit the following to the respective College office when they take admission to the BBS / BFIA / B.A.(Hons.) Business Economics program:

Fees payable in cash.

Two passport size photographs

Character Certificate by the head of the institution last attended.

All original certificates – 

i. Class X Certificate as evidence of Date of Birth 

ii. Marks Statement of Class XII 

iii. Category Certificate (for Reserved Categories) along with one attested photocopy of each of the above documents.

Lucknow: Christian Degree College, Golagunj, Lucknow - 226 018

Note: The faculty reserves the right to cancel/change any examination city/centre and allot an alternative city/centre to the applicant.

How to Apply

You require the following things in order to apply:

1. A working and valid Email ID. This will be your login name. You will also receive information on this Email ID. You may choose any password.

2. The scanned digital copy of a recent passport size colour photograph.

3. Class 12 marksheet in case you have passed the examination. Class 12 Roll Number in case your result is awaited.

4. Debit/Credit card in case you wish to make online payment.

5. A mobile phone number is desirable. Notice will also be sent through sms on the mobile phone if you so desire.

Course Fee

Total amount of course fee payable at the time of admission for BBS at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College : Rs. 8,350/- for BBS 

In the case of admissions to B.A.(Honours) Business Economics, a course fee of Rs. 12,000 per annum is charged in addition to the college fee.

About Delhi University

The South Campus made a beginning in 1973 by starting postgraduate programmes in some departments of the Faculties of Arts and Social Sciences in a rented building. It was allotted land near Dhaula Kuan and offices and teaching activities shifted to this campus in 1983. This campus is known for excellence in life sciences with the departments like Plant molecular Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, and Biochemistry. The Biotech centre in this campus of University of Delhi is running various industry integrated research.
